1. Who controls your data
WILLY WORKS LTDA, registered under CNPJ no. 41.398.493/0001-47, headquartered in Londrina, Paraná, Brazil, is the controller of the personal data processed through this website, the apps it develops and its support channels.

2. What data we process
- Data you send us. Name, email address and the content of the messages you send us by email.
- App usage data. Device identifiers, operating system version, error logs and usage data needed to run and maintain the product.
- Browsing data on this website. Technical server logs, such as IP address, date and time of access and pages visited.
We do not collect sensitive personal data and we do not ask for data that is not necessary for the purpose described in each situation.
3. Why we process this data
- To respond to your contact and provide service and support.
- To provide, operate and maintain the software and apps you contracted.
- To fix bugs, prevent fraud and keep our systems secure.
- To comply with legal, accounting and regulatory obligations.
The legal bases are those set out in Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados, Law 13,709/2018): performance of a contract or of preliminary procedures, compliance with a legal obligation, legitimate interest and, where applicable, your consent.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We share only what is necessary, and only with:
- infrastructure and service providers that operate on our behalf (hosting, email, app stores);
- public authorities, when there is a legal obligation, a court order or a lawful request.
5. How long we keep it
We keep data for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes above and the applicable legal deadlines — as a rule, up to 5 years after the relationship ends, for tax purposes and for our defense in any legal proceedings. After that, the data is deleted or anonymized.

We take technical and administrative measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss or improper alteration, including encrypted traffic (HTTPS), access control and the use of providers with recognized security standards.
7. Your rights
The LGPD gives you the right to confirm whether your data is processed, access your data, correct incomplete or outdated data, request anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data, request portability, withdraw your consent and object to processing based on legitimate interest.

8. Cookies
This website does not use tracking cookies, advertising tools or ad networks. We load fonts hosted by Google Fonts, which receives the IP address of the request in order to deliver the files.
9. Children and teenagers
This website and our support channels are not directed at people under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data. Children's apps we publish follow their own rules, stated in the respective app store.

We may update this document to reflect changes in our services or in the law. The last updated date is always shown at the top of the page.
